In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Vance County Vipers (Henderson, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC), by a count of 56-34.

The Vipers (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Bunn (Bunn, NC). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 1-8 record. In their last outing, Bunn smashed Granville Central (Stem, NC), 42-23, in a non-league outing.
