Oley Valley Lynx (Oley, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), 48-14 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Oley Valley upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Lynx travel to Pequea Valley (Kinzers, PA) to clash with the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 5-1.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Saucon Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 47-45 non-league win over Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA).
