Perry Panthers (Massillon, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Tuslaw Mustangs (Massillon, OH), 65-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Perry upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Panthers host Highland (Medina, OH) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Highland lost 51-44 in their recent non-league bout against Whitmer (Toledo, OH)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in a Principals bout, on Saturday, December 30. Tuslaw will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 38-26 league win over Canton South (Canton, OH).
