Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) and the visiting Westminster Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA), saw University Lab's basketball squad wallop Westminster Academy by a tally of 73-40.

With the victory, University Lab improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Cubs travel to Northwest (Opelousas, LA) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Northwest won 47-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Private (Baker, LA)

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Ville Platte Bulldogs (Ville Platte, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Westminster Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 59-32 non-league loss to Rayne (Rayne, LA).
