Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA), saw Westview's basketball squad wallop Mira Mesa by a count of 64-10.

With the victory, Westview upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Del Norte (San Diego, CA) to play the Nighthawks in a challenge on Friday, January 19. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a record of 5-2.

Next up, the Marauders play the San Marcos Knights (San Marcos, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Mira Mesa will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 47-46 non-league loss to Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA).
