Fans at Wednesday's non-league game between the New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) and the visiting Southington/Coginchaug/Westbrook Knights (Southington, CT), observed New Milford's ice hockey squad defeat Southington/Coginchaug/Westbrook by a final score of 6-2.

In their next game, the Green Wave battle the Norwalk/McMahon Bears (Norwalk, CT) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 28. New Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
