With the victory, Anchor Bay upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tars host Fraser (Fraser, MI) to play the Ramblers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Ramblers come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Fraser won 36-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Mott (Warren, MI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
