Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Green Level Gators (Cary, NC) and the host Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC), saw Green Level's basketball squad knock off Western Alamance by a count of 44-35.

With the victory, Green Level upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Apex Friendship lost 41-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC)

Next up, the Warriors play the Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Western Alamance will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 75-51 non-league win over Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
