The Miramonte Matadors basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Justin-Siena Braves to 62 in the Matadors non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Matadors now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moreau Catholic for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Miramonte will battle a Mariners team coming off a 87-35 non-league win over El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 12-0.
The Braves (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against El Camino (South San Francisco, CA). The Colts come into the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, El Camino was defeated by Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA), 87-35, in a non-league contest.
