California High School Basketball - Steele Canyon can't hold off Patrick Henry

The Patrick Henry Patriots basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Steele Canyon Cougars to 51 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Patriots now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clairemont for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Patrick Henry will battle a Chieftains team coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA). The Chieftains record now stands at 9-3.

The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against San Diego (San Diego, CA). The Cavers enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, San Diego was nudged by Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA), 49-35, in a non-league contest.
