In Friday's non-league contest, the host Ridge View Blazers basketball team scored a good 49-40 triumph over the Archbishop Moeller Fighting Crusaders.
The Blazers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Bishop O'Connell topped DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD), 56-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Fighting Crusaders battle the Socastee Braves (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Archbishop Moeller will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Braves go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 55-36 non-league loss to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC).
