Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Catholic nips Bishop McDevitt

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Central Catholic Vikings basketball team scored a close 73-72 triumph over the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders.
The Vikings (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs go into the WPIAL 6A 2 contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Canon-McMillan nipped Washington (Washington, PA), 80-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Crusaders battle the La Salle College Explorers (Wyndmoor, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Bishop McDevitt will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Explorers go into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 78-63 non-league win over Salesianum (Wilmington, DE).
