Boca Ciega Pirates (Gulfport, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Keswick Christian Crusaders (St. Petersburg, FL), 72-59 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Boca Ciega upgrades its record to 6-5 on the year. The Pirates travel to Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL) to face the Marauders in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Marauders enter the match with a record of 7-3. Clearwater Central Catholic won 60-49 in their recent non-league match against Trinity Christian Academy (Deltona, FL)

The Crusaders now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. Keswick Christian will face a Eagles squad coming off a 50-43 non-league loss to Innovation (Orlando, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 5-7.
