In Friday's non-league contest, the host Brock Eagles basketball team scored a big 71-33 triumph over the Peaster Greyhounds.
The Eagles (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hitchcock (Hitchcock, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Hitchcock smashed Angleton (Angleton, TX), 66-62, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Greyhounds confront the LaPoynor Flyers (LaRue, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Peaster will attempt to better on its 12-7 season record. The Flyers go into the contest with a 14-4 record after their 84-68 non-league loss to Center (Center, TX).
