The Colonels (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Daviess County (Owensboro, KY). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Daviess County trounced Evansville Central (Evansville, IN), 55-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Henderson County Colonels (Henderson, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Murray will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Colonels come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 53-47 non-league win over Oldham County (Buckner, KY).
