Red Cloud Warriors (Red Cloud, NE) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE), 46-42 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Red Cloud advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Rock Hills (Mankato, KS) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Grizzlies enter the match with a record of 3-2. Rock Hills lost 59-49 in their recent non-league match against Logan/Palco (Logan, KS)

The Panthers now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Broken Bow for a non-league match on Thursday, January 2. Hershey will face a Indians squad coming off a 73-64 non-league loss to Alliance (Alliance, NE). The Indians record now stands at 2-3.
