With the victory, Mt. Zion advances its record to 12-1 on the year. The Braves travel to Moline (Moline, IL) to face the Maroons in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Maroons enter the match with a record of 11-1. Moline won 77-51 in their recent non-league match against Perspectives-IIT/Joslin (Chicago, IL)

The Lions now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collinsville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 4.
