The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Shaker Bison (Latham, NY) and the visiting Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX), observed Shaker's basketball team overwhelm Laredo LBJ by a score of 68-42.

The Bison (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Olentangy Liberty trounced Hayes (Delaware, OH), 66-53, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the Alexander Bulldogs (Laredo, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Laredo LBJ will attempt to improve on its 6-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 19-4 record after their 63-51 league win over Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX).
