The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Las Vegas Wildcats (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Somerset Academy Losee Lions (North Las Vegas, NV), observed Las Vegas's basketball team edge Somerset Academy Losee by a score of 75-70.

The Wildcats (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaparral (Las Vegas, NV). The Cowboys come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Chaparral edged Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 79-66, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Sunrise Mountain Miners (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Somerset Academy Losee will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 76-64 non-league loss to Chaparral (Las Vegas, NV).
