Texas High School Basketball - Lincoln holds off Skyline

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Lincoln Tigers basketball team scored a close 57-50 triumph over the Skyline Raiders.
The Tigers (8-12) will now prepare for their contest against Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Wylie East nipped Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA), 77-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders confront the Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 contest, on Friday, January 3. Skyline will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record. The Skeeters go into the contest with a 9-8 record after their 63-26 non-league win over South Hills (Fort Worth, TX).
