New York High School Basketball - Lockport trounced by Rush-Henrietta

The Lockport Lions basketball squad (Lockport, NY), was crushed 80-51 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets (Henrietta, NY)

With the victory, Rush-Henrietta advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Royal Comets host Colonie Central (Albany, NY) to meet the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 28. The Raiders enter the battle with a record of 3-3. Colonie Central won 80-71 in their recent non-league battle against Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY)

The Lions now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Tonawanda for a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier battle on Friday, January 3. Lockport will meet a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 58-43 league win over Niagara-Wheatfield (Sanborn, NY). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 3-2.
