In Friday's non-league contest, the host Mahar Regional Senators basketball team scored a big 73-51 triumph over the Narragansett Regional Warriors.
The Senators (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Drury (North Adams, MA). The Blue Devils go into the Hampshire - South contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Drury smashed Lee (Lee, MA), 83-59, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors confront the Maynard Tigers (Maynard, MA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. Narragansett Regional will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 43-38 non-league loss to Sutton (Sutton, MA).
