The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Redbank Valley Bulldogs (New Bethlehem, PA) and the host Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA), observed Redbank Valley's basketball team overwhelm Marion Center by a margin of 78-57.

The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rocky Grove (Franklin, PA). The Orioles come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Rocky Grove was trounced by Franklin (Franklin, PA), 53-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Stingers battle the River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Thursday, January 2. Marion Center will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 63-36 non-league win over Leechburg (Leechburg, PA).
