The Mustangs (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Memorial defeated Independence (Frisco, TX), 55-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Tascosa will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 79-66 league win over Lewisville (Lewisville, TX).
