Ohio High School Basketball - Perry victorious over Austintown-Fitch

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Perry Panthers basketball team scored a good 55-47 triumph over the Austintown-Fitch Falcons.

The Panthers (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, John F. Kennedy Catholic was outscored by Lutheran East (Cleveland Heights, OH), 99-73, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now own a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Vincent-St. Mary for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 28. Austintown-Fitch will meet a Fighting Irish squad coming off a 66-43 non-league win over Howland (Warren, OH). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 8-1.
