Tennessee High School Basketball - Beech bests Summit

December 27, 2024: Spring Hill, TN 37179

The Beech Buccaneers basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host Summit Spartans to 40 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Greenwood for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Beech will play a Gators team coming off a 46-39 non-league loss to Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY). The Gators record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Summit falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Spartans host Columbia Central (Columbia, TN) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Lions go into the game with a record of 4-6. Columbia Central lost 46-28 in their recent non-league game against Giles County (Pulaski, TN)
