Alabama High School Basketball - Hartselle holds off Chelsea

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Hartselle Tigers basketball team scored a close 39-38 triumph over the Chelsea Hornets.
The Tigers (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against James Clemens (Madison, AL). The Jets go into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, James Clemens tipped Columbia (Huntsville, AL), 59-39, in a non-league battle.
The Hornets now own a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxford for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 28. Chelsea will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 61-53 non-league win over Austin (Decatur, AL). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 10-5.
