The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Genesee Wolves (Genesee, MI) and the visiting Mt. Morris Panthers (Mt. Morris, MI), observed Genesee's basketball team overwhelm Mt. Morris by a score of 57-6.

The Wolves (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, MI). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Bridgeport trounced Carrollton (Carrollton, MI), 61-14, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI) in a Mid-Michigan challenge, on Friday, January 10. Mt. Morris will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
