In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Ponca Indians basketball team scored a close 35-32 win over the Wisner-Pilger Gators.
The Indians (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Santee (Santee, NE). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Santee edged Plainview (Plainview, NE), 48-43, in a non-league contest.
