Ingleside Mustangs (Ingleside, TX) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Palacios Sharks (Palacios, TX), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Ingleside moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host John Paul II (Corpus Christi, TX) to clash with the Centurions in a non-league test on Monday, December 30. The Centurions come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Sharks now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brazosport for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 14.
