Arizona High School Basketball - Basha holds off Desert Mountain

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) and the host Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), saw Basha's basketball squad hold off Desert Mountain by a tally of 82-81.

With the victory, Basha improves its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Highland (Gilbert, AZ) to confront the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 13-1. Highland won 80-44 in their recent non-league test against Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ)
