The Durfee Hilltoppers basketball team scored 90 points and held the visiting Brighton Bengals to 41 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taunton for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Durfee will battle a Tigers team coming off a 61-57 non-league win over Dartmouth (South Dartmouth, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.

The Bengals (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dartmouth (South Dartmouth, MA). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Dartmouth was routed by Taunton (Taunton, MA), 61-57, in a non-league contest.
