In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Cardinal Ritter College Prep Lions (St. Louis, MO) basketball squad beat the visiting Payton College Prep Grizzlies (Chicago, IL), by a count of 57-41.
The Lions (6-3) will now prepare for their outing against Duchesne (St. Charles, MO). The Pioneers go into the AAA - Large outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Duchesne was topped by Parkway Central (Chesterfield, MO), 51-45, in a non-league outing.
The Grizzlies now hold a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hillwood for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 29. Payton College Prep will clash with a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 57-54 non-league win over Page (Franklin, TN). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 9-3.
