In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Cathedral Fighting Irish basketball team scored a decisive 61-30 triumph over the Trinity Chargers.
In their next game, the Fighting Irish meet the Midland Classical Academy Knights (Midland, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 29. Cathedral will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 3-10 record after their 56-53 non-league loss to Kermit (Kermit, TX).
With the defeat, Trinity moves to 3-14 on the year. The Chargers travel to Eastlake (El Paso, TX) to meet the Falcons in a non-league match on Thursday, December 29. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 5-10.
