North Carolina High School Basketball - Chase trounced by Draughn

The Draughn Wildcats routed the visiting Chase Trojans basketball team by a final score of 84-57 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Madison Patriots (Marshall, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 42 game, on Tuesday, January 3. Draughn will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 3-8 record after their 66-41 non-league loss to West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC).

With the defeat, Chase moves to 3-7 on the year. The Trojans travel to Chesnee (Chesnee, SC) to face the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, January 2. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 5-10. Chesnee lost 62-39 in their recent non-league game against Union County (Union, SC)
