The Coquille Red Devils basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Monroe Dragons to 41 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Red Devils now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Coquille will battle a Pirates team coming off a 65-23 non-league loss to Stayton (Stayton, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 4-4.

The Dragons (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lowell (Lowell, OR). The Devils come into the 2A Valley Coast contest with a 4-3 record.
