Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA) and the host Waynesboro Indians (Waynesboro, PA), saw Cumberland Valley's basketball team get by Waynesboro by a score of 46-39.

The Eagles now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlisle for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth battle on Friday, December 30. Cumberland Valley will battle a Thundering Herd team coming off a 72-41 non-league win over Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 4-1.

The Indians (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record.
