North Little Rock Charging Wildcats (North Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Destiny Christian Wildcats (Del City, OK), 59-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Little Rock upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Charging Wildcats travel to Central (Little Rock, AR) to clash with the Tigers in a 6A Central bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-3. Central won 86-66 in their recent non-league bout against Rossview (Clarksville, TN)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Harding Prep (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Destiny Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 67-55 league loss to Oklahoma Christian (Edmond, OK).
