Texas High School Basketball - D'Hanis beaten by Sabinal

The Sabinal Yellowjackets ran past the visiting D'Hanis Cowboys basketball team by a final score of 61-44 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Brackett Tigers (Brackettville, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 30 game, on Friday, December 30. Sabinal will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 5-4 record after their 61-55 non-league loss to D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX).

With the defeat, D'Hanis moves to 11-3 on the year. The Cowboys host Utopia (Utopia, TX) to face the Buffaloes in a 1A Region IV District 31 game on Tuesday, January 3. The Buffaloes enter the game with a record of 5-9. Utopia won 53-44 in their recent non-league game against La Pryor (La Pryor, TX)
