The Plainfield Central Wildcats basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans to 61 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chicago Hope Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Plainfield Central will battle a team coming off a 83-33 non-league win over DRW College Prep (Chicago, IL). The record now stands at 6-3.
The Titans (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against DRW College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Cheetahs enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, DRW College Prep was nudged by Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL), 83-33, in a non-league contest.
