Florida High School Basketball - Lake Highland Prep nudges Metrolina Christian Academy

Lake Highland Prep Highlanders (Orlando, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC), 45-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lake Highland Prep upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Landon (Bethesda, MD) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Metrolina Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record.
