With the victory, Lee County improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Wayne County (Jesup, GA) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a record of 9-2. Wayne County lost 52-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Ocoee (Ocoee, FL)

Next up, the Seminoles confront the Howard Huskies (Macon, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Westside will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 53-51 non-league win over Bleckley County (Cochran, GA).
