South Carolina High School Basketball - Lumpkin County thwarted by Northwood Academy

The Lumpkin County Indians basketball team (Dahlonega, GA), was toppled 58-46 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Northwood Academy Chargers (Charleston, SC)

The Chargers now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lexington Christian for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 29. Northwood Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 78-50 non-league win over Waggener (Louisville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

The Indians (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Northview Academy (Kodak, TN). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Northview Academy beat Gibbs (Corryton, TN), 62-58, in a league battle.
