In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC) basketball squad felled the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 67-58.

The Trojans (6-3) will now prepare for their outing against Elevation Prep Academy (Charlotte, NC). The Honey Badgers go into the non-league outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Elevation Prep Academy thwarted Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC), 81-67, in a non-league outing.

The Pumas now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Myers Park for a 4A Conference 49 outing on Tuesday, January 3. Palisades will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 65-42 non-league win over Fulton (Knoxville, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-3.
