Texas High School Basketball - West Mesquite can't hold off Wylie East

The Wylie East Raiders basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host West Mesquite Wranglers to 42 in the Raiders non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Raiders now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midlothian for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Wylie East will battle a Panthers team coming off a 55-44 non-league win over Stafford (Stafford, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 16-3.
The Wranglers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Samuell (Dallas, TX). The Spartans come into the 5A Region II District 12 contest with a 3-7 record.
