The United South Panthers basketball team (Laredo, TX), was overwhelmed 50-14 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting A.C. Reynolds Rockets (Asheville, NC)

The Rockets now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jordan Christian Prep for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 29. A.C. Reynolds will battle a Seahawks team coming off a 45-43 non-league win over Auburndale (Auburndale, FL). The Seahawks record now stands at 5-1.

The Panthers (18-5) will now prepare for their battle against United (Laredo, TX). The Longhorns come into the 6A Region IV District 30 battle with a 19-4 record.
