Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY), 63-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Menifee County upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to South Oldham (Crestwood, KY) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 4-1. South Oldham won 62-59 in their recent non-league bout against Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY)

Next up, the Eagles play the South Oldham Dragons (Crestwood, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Apollo will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 62-59 non-league win over Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY).
