The Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA) basketball crushed the host Arroyo Valley Hawks (San Bernardino, CA), 98-19 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Monarchs (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Oak Hills walloped Duarte (Duarte, CA), 63-13, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Ayala for a non-league test on Thursday, December 29. Arroyo Valley will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 64-56 non-league loss to St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.
