Ashwaubenon Jaguars (Green Bay, WI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Luxemburg-Casco Spartans (Luxemburg, WI), 74-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ashwaubenon upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Jaguars host Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI) to play the Redwings in a Fox River Classic bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Redwings go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Sheboygan South lost 55-40 in their recent league bout against De Pere (De Pere, WI)

Next up, the Spartans play the Little Chute Mustangs (Little Chute, WI) in a North Eastern bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Luxemburg-Casco will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 42-34 league win over Waupaca (Waupaca, WI).
