The Granada Matadors basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Atwater Falcons to 46 in the Matadors non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Matadors now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pyramid Lake for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Granada will battle a Lakers team coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Dinuba (Dinuba, CA). The Lakers record now stands at 8-2.
The Falcons (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Dinuba (Dinuba, CA). The Emperors enter the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Dinuba was routed by Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV), 50-41, in a non-league contest.
